introduction on the Training

• Producing trained employees required for the field of small industries by converting untrained employees to trained employees.
  

• Inducing school levers for self-employments by giving them an industrial training in the field of technology.
  

There have set up 112 training and production centres in the Western Province to provide this type of trainings. Details of those training centres are mentioned below. A monthly allowance of Rs. 5,000/- as Rs. 250/- per day is being paid for the trainees getting training in these centres. Information required on this regard can be obtained from the Head Office of the Department of Industries of Western Province.
